Who I am
I’m Babajide (Baba) Tella, an HR leader and author who’s had the privilege of working across the UK, US, and Africa. Throughout my career, I’ve seen what helps people and teams thrive, as well as the common mistakes that hinder their progress.
Valtraq is where I bring those lessons together. It’s not theory, it’s what I’ve watched work in real life, shared in a way that’s practical, clear, and ready to use.
